Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed by email, by phone, or in-person at The Beat Gourmet Cafe. All orders must be
paid in advance for delivery or pickup. The Beat Gourmet Cafe accepts payment by credit card, debit
card, and other payment methods as indicated on this website.
Delivery
The Beat Gourmet Cafe delivers within 2 working days in Dubai for a flat rate of AED 20. This fee is borne by the customer and must be paid in advance when the order is placed. A delivery window will be provided upon accepting the order, and the customer must accept the delivery in person. The Beat Gourmet Cafe cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries. If a customer is unable to accept their delivery, or is unavailable during the agreed upon delivery time, they must contact The Beat Gourmet Cafe to reschedule the delivery at their own cost.
Product Availability & Substitutions
The Beat Gourmet Cafe will make every effort to fulfill all orders as placed, but reserves the right to make substitutions in the event that certain items are unavailable.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing an order. A cancelled order will be refunded by the same mode of payment used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to reflect in your account.
We will accept refunds only in case of a defective product. Customers requesting a refund must return the defective item in store in its original packaging. Refunds will be made by the same mode of payment used to initially place the order.

- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.
- Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
